To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with its receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our Customer Care team is located in Bali, Indonesia where emails are answered in the order in which they are received, Mondays through Fridays 9am - 5pm WITA time, except on National Holidays, Indonesian Red Dates.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Unfortunately certain items cannot be returned, like Discounted Items or Custom Orders. Please get in touch with us at email@example.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the value of the item minus the initial cost of shipping and any international duties, taxes, and fees. Refunds are for product only and do not include original and return shipping cost, the customer is responsible to cover all costs involved with the return shipping process. You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
When a debit card refund is processed on our end it can take as little as 1-3 business days, but depending on the country of origin of your bank it may take over 10 business days to appear in your account. Please contact your card issuer for more information.
