SHIPPING, PAYMENTS & RETURNS

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped on regular work days before 4pm from our DAUN & Co. Studio directly to your door, domestically and internationally. 

DOMESTIC

  • All domestic orders are shipped Door to Door by JNE.
  • Indonesian customers are presented with a number of payment options for their orders at checkout.
  • Please allow 5 to 7 days for your shipment to arrive, and allow more time during religious or national holidays.

INTERNATIONAL

SHIPPING COSTS include all Taxes & Custom Duties -- DDP: Delivery Duty Paid.

Delivered duty paid (DDP) is a delivery agreement whereby the seller assumes all responsibility of transporting the goods until they reach an agreed-upon destination.

  • DAUN & Co. ships Door to Door internationally to over 240 destinations worldwide using 'DHL Express Worldwide'.
  • You can get an estimated shipping cost from the 'Estimate Shipping' in your cart. It will estimate the cost of 'Shipping including Taxes & Custom Duties'.
  • Our International shipping costs are generated to include all Custom Duties and Taxes if applicable. International customers will NOT have to pay any Customs upon receipt of their orders, if customs are applicable.
  • Please allow between 2 to 8 days for your shipment to arrive, and allow more time during religious or national holidays. DHL Express is one of the fastest international delivery services, providing a delivery time of 1-6 business days for most major destinations. The shipping destination will affect the delivery time, for example, shipping to major destinations in Europe will be quicker than shipping to remote parts of Africa.
  • As soon as the product has shipped, the customer will receive an email with a DHL Tracking link.

PAYMENTS

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • International customers can choose to pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal. PayPal does not share your financial details with DAUN & Co.
  • Our international payment gateway is operated by PayPal, but the customers can choose to use their credit card or debit card as a "Guest", with no obligation to use or create a PayPal account. 
  • In order to lower your shipping fees, understand the maximal Duty Free value of the destination country. Click on the Flag Circle at the bottom of our home page to see your country's Customs Duty. You may then choose to split your order to match the Duty Free value, as that might reduce your shipping fee.
  • For example, if we are shipping to the USA, your purchase will be DUTY FREE up to $800 value, so if you shop for $799 or less, the shipping fee in your cart will only include the price of shipping. If you shop for more than $800, the shipping fee will increase to include the necessary Customs Duties.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return by emailing us at online@daunandco.com, and writing RETURN in the subject line.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with its receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS:

  • Email us with RETURN + Invoice Number in the subject line.
  • If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Refunds follow the terms listed below.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately certain items cannot be returned, like Discounted Items or Custom Orders. Please get in touch with us at online@daunandco.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Customer Care
Our Customer Care team is located in Bali, Indonesia where emails are answered in the order in which they are received, Mondays through Fridays 9am - 5pm WITA time, except on National Holidays, Indonesian Red Dates. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the value of the item minus the initial cost of shipping and any international duties, taxes, and fees. Refunds are for products only and do not include original and return shipping cost, the customer is responsible to cover all costs involved with the return shipping process. You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

When a debit card refund is processed on our end it can take as little as 1-3 business days, but depending on the country of origin of your bank it may take over 10 business days to appear in your account. Please contact your card issuer for more information.
